File formats and how levels are found

Price CSV (daily or intraday). Exports from NSE, Zerodha Kite, Upstox, TradingView or Yahoo work. Column names are matched loosely, Indian date formats (dd-mm-yyyy, 05-Oct-2026) are understood, and commas in numbers are fine. At least 60 rows; 1–2 years of daily data gives the best backtest.

Date,Open,High,Low,Close,Volume
01-Oct-2026,2890.00,2924.50,2881.10,2915.35,6123400

Option chain CSV (optional). The NSE option-chain download works as-is. A simple version also works:

Strike,CE OI,PE OI,CE Chng OI,PE Chng OI
2900,45210,98320,1200,8800

Chart screenshots. Everything is read on this phone, with no account and nothing uploaded. On-device text recognition reads the price scale, and the app finds each candle by its green or red colour, then runs the same analysis as a CSV. Works best on candlestick charts with the price scale visible on the right and the usual green/red colours (TradingView, Kite, Upstox). In a test on 297 chart images made from real NSE prices, prices were read to within about 0.05% and the decision matched the original data 93% of the time. Check the rebuilt chart against yours.

How levels are built. Each candidate price gets a weight: swing highs and lows from the last 150 bars (recent ones count more), volume-profile nodes, classic floor pivots, 20-bar and 52-week extremes, round numbers, and call/put OI walls with max pain. Candidates closer than about a third of an ATR are merged into one level. A level's strength is the sum of its weights, so a price where several methods agree ranks higher.

How the decision is made. Trend (close vs EMA 20/50), RSI, distance to the nearest strong level, 20-bar breakouts on volume, and put-call ratio add up to a score from −100 to +100. A BUY or SELL is issued only when the score passes ±25 and the reward-to-risk to the next level is at least 1.5 : 1. Everything else is WAIT.

About accuracy. No support/resistance method is right 95% of the time; claims like that come from cherry-picked charts. This tool replays the same rule bar by bar on your file, using only data available at each point, and reports what it actually achieved. Use that number, not a promise. Educational tool, not investment advice.
